How cannabis is sold in Van Nuys

Can I carry cannabis through Van Nuys Airport?

No. The FAA says federal law prohibits knowingly transporting marijuana on aircraft, whatever the state rule, and it requires permanent revocation of certificates for pilots who transport more than simple possession. Anyone flying a private jet out of Van Nuys should leave the purchase behind. On federally obligated airport land, the FAA's 2022 guidance treats marijuana leases as unlawful.

Victory Boulevard has Sky Club at 15240 and Valley Herbal Center at 14522 West. Valley Verde is on Sherman Way at 14903 West, Kushism on Woodley Avenue at 7555 and Catalyst on Orion Avenue at 8162 North.

How far apart must the shops be?

Los Angeles requires a retailer to sit outside a 700-foot radius of any school, park, library, treatment centre and every other retail cannabis premises, according to its Department of Cannabis Regulation. That keeps the five on separate blocks.

What does the city add to the price?
