What the six listings show

Grasshopper at 376 Trousdale Drive was the first business through the permitting process, according to NBC San Diego, and it began as contactless delivery before its doors opened. Other listings: Buzz Cannabis on Nirvana Avenue, California Holistics on Paseo Del Rey and Wellgreens on Broadway. With four districts the two-storefront cap implies at most eight shops in total, which the six listed here do not yet reach. State-level limits sit at the California level.
