Cannabis in SN Bernrdno: questions

Why does the register call it Sn Bernrdno?

That is the abbreviation in the state licence data the register draws on. The city is San Bernardino, and the address on each entry is the reliable part.

Can San Bernardino add stores beyond 17?

Only by another ordinance: MC-1541 raised the number in 2020 after an earlier reading failed on 19 August 2020. The city's update page lists later items on monitoring and forfeitures, not a new increase.
