Read the duplicates

Some pages are the same brand under different licence numbers. Embarc Fresno at 4592 N Blackstone and Embarc at 1784 W Shaw are separate addresses. Culture Cannabis Club is on Bullard Avenue East and a second licence is at Maple Avenue South.

North, central and the Tower District

North Fresno, on Blackstone Avenue, has Cookies at 5048 alongside Embarc. Central spots include Banyan Tree on East Sierra Avenue, Beyond Rooted 559 on East Belmont Avenue and Dr. Greenthumb's on Wishon Avenue, near the Tower District. A shop that is on neither the city list nor the DCC search deserves suspicion; the licence check guide explains it, and the California hub has the state rules. Where an operator holds two licences, the city permit and the state licence number should both match the address on the door, and the receipt should show the excise tax on its own line before local sales tax.
