How cannabis is sold in El Monte

Which streets hold the six licences?

Catalyst is at 12154 Valley Boulevard and OG Time at 11605 Valley, with Tradecraft Farms on Garvey Avenue. OG Nation is on Ramona Boulevard, and Packs and The Cake House both on Peck Road. The city publishes a template development agreement for commercial cannabis businesses, so a licence here may come with a contract. Third-party directories also list a store at 11605 Valley Boulevard, Unit 1, which the register does not show, so a count of six may already be short by one.
