With no shops allowed in the surrounding county, Roseburg's 10 register entries hold the valley's market. Stephens Street NE has 420 Club LLC at 2576, LA Mota Roseburg 2 LLC at 573 and Redbarn Dispensary at 1810. Garden Valley Boulevard has Emerald Triangle Dispensary and Fx 420 INC, while Cannaking Marijuana Dispensaries is on Mulholland Drive and Cougar Cannabis LLC on Diamond Lake Boulevard. The city has about 23,700 residents (2020 census). Douglas County put rural cannabis to voters in November 2016 as Measure 10-143, and the News-Review headline read that voters just said no.
