How the ban and the yes vote fit together

Klamath County's Ordinance 36.07 banned marijuana production and sales on 22 September 2015. The city council voted 4-1 that year to bar recreational retail. In May 2016 county voters were asked to lift the ban and 56.9 percent said no. In November 2018 city voters passed Measure 18-112, which also set a 3 percent city tax and an advisory committee, and sales became allowed in February 2019.

Washburn Way and the rest

Some of these may be outside city limits, and no field in our data says which. Check the licence address against the city boundary. State limits are handled at the Oregon level.
