Which side of the line?

Oak Grove is an unincorporated community in Clackamas County, and the county's zoning code lets cannabis retailers open in most commercial zones there. The higher McLoughlin numbers run through that area, and the register's Milwaukie label most likely reflects the postal address, not the city boundary. It does not say which side of the line any address falls on, so ask the shop which jurisdiction licensed it. The three shops on the inner streets, Harmony Road, 42nd Avenue and Monroe Street, carry the same ambiguity.
