One street, two ends

Bloominati has the lowest number, 2420. Three shops then cluster in the 3100s and 3300s: Today's Herbal Choice at 3130, LA Mota at 3139 and Nectar at 3331. Broadway Project has the highest at 3821. Four of the five numbers fall between 3130 and 3821, a run of about seven hundred numbers.

What the figures leave out

The ordinance text we found sends a 3 percent tax to a vote. It does not show the vote result, and we did not verify it, so read the current code for the live rate. All five entries are plain retail licences, and none is labelled as a consumption area, so there is no lounge to look for.
