What the city code requires

Retailers may not sit within 1,000 feet of a school, and dispensaries, recreational stores and processors cannot locate in residential zones. Oregon City was on the state's opt-out list before voters decided in November 2016, and it was among the Clackamas towns whose ballot also carried a local cannabis-tax question. The tax outcome did not turn up in our sources.
