One street, five licences
Modern Forrest is at 160 Main Street, Going Green at 925 Main Street Suite B, and LA Mota at 1025 and 1027 Main Street. A second Going Green is at 2252 Main Street, and a second LA Mota is out on Highway 20 at 4320. The entry at 925 is named Going Green Hwy 101 although its address is on Main Street, and nothing in the listing explains the name.
What the city certified
In Resolution 27 of 2022 the council certified that Sweet Home complies with the parts of ORS 475C that cover marijuana sales inside city limits. That is the paperwork through which a city shows the state it allows retail sales. Sweet Home is not among the five Linn County cities, out of 15, that opted out of adult-use businesses, on the OLCC opt-out list as Oregon State Cannabis reproduces it.
Sweet Home is a small town, and two brands hold most of its shopfronts. The register carries no hours or prices, and none of the five entries is labelled as a lounge. Carry limits come from the state, see Oregon.
