When did legal sales reach Yonkers?

The Plant on Central Park Avenue opened on May 9, 2024 and became Yonkers' first licensed shop, and NUG Yonkers followed on October 12, 2024. Westchester's first store, Elevate in Mount Vernon, had opened that February.

Where do the shops sit?

Central Park Avenue leads, with 10415 Jamaica LLC at 1703 and AFI & Associates Group LLC at 2371. McLean Avenue has Green Bar at 471 and Green Zephyr, LLC at 865. On Saw Mill River Road the register lists Cloud 9 Smoke & Gift Shop Inc. at 305 and Hidden City Farms, LLC at 1064. The rest are Budr Cannabis on Yonkers Avenue and JD's Jungle Dispensary on South Broadway.

Why is a 'smoke and gift shop' on the list?
