Herbal IQ opened in Depew on 21 July 2023 as the first licensed dispensary in the Buffalo suburbs, and Transit Road still anchors the village's five entries.

Why does one address not match?

WGRZ put the opening at 6061 Transit Road, while the register lists Herbal IQ at 6300 Transit Rd. Both may be right if the shop moved or the number was misprinted, so confirm before you drive. Dream Daze is at 5100 Transit Rd, High Cloudz on Walden Avenue at 3478, The Phinest Buds on Dick Road and The Smoking Buffalo on George Urban Boulevard.

What does the village itself require?

The Village of Depew code, in its cannabis chapter, requires a special use permit for any cannabis, hookah or vape business, according to eCode360.
