Which shops are in the state register?

Cannabis Dispensary LLC, Carry-On Cannabis and Upstate Exotics are on Niagara Falls Boulevard. Green Market is at 2445 Allen Ave, and Niagara Hemp Supply at 2023 Military Rd. Because Nativa is not state-licensed, the OCM verification tool will not show it. Its cannabis is grown by private citizens on Seneca territory and tested at a state-certified lab, according to press reports. The New York hub has the state rules.

Cannabis in Niagara Falls: questions

Is the Seneca Nation store legal?

It sells under the nation's own regulator on sovereign land, so the state licence tools will not list it. Ask the store about its age rule and limits before you go.

Can Canadians cross with purchases?

No. Cannabis cannot legally cross the Canadian border in either direction, so what you buy here has to stay in the United States.
