Did the city say yes?

White Plains was not among the Westchester municipalities that filed an opt-out before the 31 December 2021 deadline, so licensed retail is allowed. Verdex found no consumption-lounge licence in it. White Plains is the Westchester County seat, with 59,559 residents at the 2020 census. Company-style entries such as RSSQ Holding LLC at 1200 Mamaroneck Ave and NY Flos LLC at 45 Aqueduct Rd need an address search in the state's verification tool, and Fluent is a name that also appears on Verdex in Kingston. Central Avenue is the densest strip, and every listing shows a licence and address, with no scores yet. The state's limits are on the New York page.
