What did residents say first?

In October 2021 the Town Board surveyed residents before the state's deadline. Of the first 300 or so replies, up to 80 percent backed retail shops and about 65 percent backed on-site use, WGRZ reported, and the town did not opt out.

Which of the five are where?

Buffalo Cannabis Store LLC is at 2760 Union Rd, which matches the address Happy Times Cannabis Co. gives on its own site. Cloud 9 is on French Road, King of Budz on Walden Avenue, 716HomeGrowz on Broadway and Amsm LLC on Clinton Street. The village of Depew keeps its own page, and the state's rules sit above both.
