How did the vote go 6 to 2?
The Welland Tribune noted that opting in meant a first payment and a share of later provincial cannabis revenue, which only opt-in municipalities receive. The choice could not be undone: Ontario lets an opted-out council opt in later, but a council that is in stays in.

Paradise Cannabis holds two licences, on Main St W Unit C and on Clarence St Unit A1. True North Cannabis Company is at 349 King St and Sessions is at 287 West Side Rd Unit 105. Check the unit number before you set the sat-nav.
