What Chatham-Kent means
Chatham is the seat of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, a single-tier municipality covering a large rural area. Its council opted in to retail cannabis by 17 votes to 1 in December 2018, according to Blackburn News. Wallaceburg, Tilbury and Blenheim also fall inside the municipality and outside this list, so a store's "Chatham-Kent" label does not mean it is in town.
Discounted Cannabis holds three of the ten, so its prices are the easiest to compare door to door. Online orders go through OCS.ca, and stores may deliver within AGCO rules; the wider Ontario rules cover the remainder.
