This page is about Canada — not the country you picked in the header.

Dispensaries rated: 50
License verified: 50
Top score: 9.5

Steeles Avenue is where the stores stop: north of it, Markham opted out on December 12, 2018 and Vaughan on January 21, 2019, and the AGCO's list still shows both that way. North York is part of Toronto, which opted in, and Verdex lists 63 authorized stores in it, two with full profiles and scores.

Paradise AIR on Sheppard Avenue East leads at 9.5, listing 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. hours and delivery across the GTA, and Budbar Express on Wilson Avenue in Clanton Park scores 9.3 with 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. hours. Buyers must be 19, up to 30 grams a sale.

Stores at the border, and rules from Toronto

A few of the register entries sit right on the boundary: Baker and Blazer Cannabis Co. at 1881 Steeles Avenue West and Canna Cabana at 6231 Bathurst Street, on the Bathurst-Steeles corner. Others follow the north-south avenues: Ashario at 1111a Finch Avenue West and at 6464 Yonge Street, Canna Cabana on Keele Street and on Lawrence Avenue East.

Listed hours: Paradise AIR and Budbar Express show 10 a.m. openings, although Ontario has allowed stores to open from 7 a.m. since May 1, 2026; each store picks its own hours.
Delivery: Paradise AIR lists delivery across the GTA, so an order can go beyond Toronto, since delivery may go to a private place anywhere in Ontario.
Bylaws: Toronto's park, square and building-entrance smoking rules are set out on our East York page.

Markham and Vaughan have no stores, so their residents look south to lists like this one. Compare hours and delivery, and check any store in the AGCO's map; the licence-check guide explains how. See the Ontario hub for province-wide rules.
