Victoria Avenue leads into the tourist district and Lundy's Lane runs across the city, so the addresses that visitors see first are on these two roads. Three Discounted Cannabis licences are on Thorold Stone Road (6824), Stanley Avenue (5440) and Lundy's Lane (6915), and Canna Cabana has two, at 5731 Victoria Avenue and 7555 Montrose Road.
- Neighbours that opted out: Niagara-on-the-Lake, Pelham, Wainfleet, West Lincoln and Grimsby, according to the AGCO list. Fort Erie, Welland, Thorold, Lincoln and St. Catharines opted in.
- Border: our border guide explains what both countries say. Do not carry any across; dispose of it before you cross.
- Using it: Ontario's Smoke-Free Ontario Act bans smoking cannabis anywhere tobacco is banned, including patios and playgrounds.
Delivery from an authorized store goes to a private place in Ontario, with the store's own staff, between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. To be sure a shop is authorized, match its address against the AGCO map using the licence-check guide. The Ontario hub has the provincial rules.
