Quebec sets the minimum age for cannabis at 21 and lets only the government-run SQDC sell it, while Cornwall's authorized stores sell to anyone 19 or older. The Ontario-Quebec line is near enough that the gap matters here. Verdex lists 12 stores authorized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), on Brookdale Avenue, Ninth Street East, Second Street East, Montreal Road, Pitt Street, Cornwall Centre Road and Boundary Road.

A purchase is limited to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. These are register entries without scores yet. Two banners have more than one address: Canna Cabana on Brookdale Avenue and Ninth Street East, and Kashmir Cannabis on Pitt Street and Cornwall Centre Road.

Two provinces, two sets of rules

A store here follows Ontario law, and the rules change at the provincial line. Legal shoppers who cross it should know the differences before they do.

Federal law caps public possession at 30 grams on both sides, and Quebec's other rules are in our Quebec guide. On the Ontario side, South Stormont and South Glengarry opted in, according to the AGCO list. Cornwall's own addresses also include High Cannabis at 410 Montreal Road and Moonlight Cannabis on Boundary Road, and any store can be confirmed with the licence-check guide.
