Opting in was final: a municipality that opts in cannot reverse the decision, while one that opted out, like Oakville, can still opt in at any time. Banners such as Buds House and Budssmoke also trade in other Ontario cities, so check the address, not the name. Delivery to a Burlington home must come from a store's own staff between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. The OCS versus private stores guide compares the two ways to buy; the Ontario hub has the rules.
