Five of Kitchener's 31 listed stores are Canna Cabana branches: 569 Fairway Road South, 1375 Weber Street East, 235 Ira Needles Boulevard, 1270 Fischer-Hallman Road and 875 Highland Road West. Verdex lists them among 31 stores authorized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), all register entries without scores yet.
The buying age is 19 and the sale limit is 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent. Outside the chain, Kitchener's register entries include Adoreweed on Lancaster Street West, Cannaverse on Fischer-Hallman Road and Discounted Cannabis on Victoria Street North.

Home grow
Up to 4 plants per residence under federal law. Prohibited in Quebec. Manitoba passed Bill 34 in June 2024 and home growing became legal there on May 1, 2025 (19+, up to 4 plants per household, grown indoors; gov.mb.ca).
Public use
Set provincially: generally allowed where tobacco smoking is in Ontario and B.C. (with exceptions); smoking and vaping banned in all public spaces in Quebec; no public consumption in New Brunswick; private dwellings only in PEI; restricted in Alberta and Nova Scotia; not in vehicles.
