See the Red ListLong distances, so delivery counts
Distances in the Nipissing District are long, so where a store sits and whether it delivers matter more than the fine print. The municipalities around North Bay mostly opted in, according to the AGCO's list, including Callander, East Ferris, Powassan, Chisholm, Bonfield, West Nipissing and Temagami, so those towns could host their own stores; this list covers North Bay only.
- Algonquin Avenue: Budssmoke, Happy Life (1307, Suite 1) and Fire & Flower (2021, Suite 102).
- Downtown side: Budssmoke's second store on Main Street West, and Cannabis Jacks on Cassells Street.
- Highway edge: Golden Harvest on Highway 17 West.
Delivery must come from a store's own staff, to a private place in Ontario, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and third-party couriers are not allowed. Confirm authorization with the licence-check guide and see the Ontario hub for province-wide rules.
