How cannabis is sold in Alamogordo

Can Holloman airmen buy here?

They can walk into a store, but service members are bound by Article 112a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which covers marijuana whether a state has legalised it or not. White Sands National Park is federal land too, so the dunes are off limits for use.

Where are the licences?

White Sands Boulevard is the main strip. Compassionate Distributors is at 2617 North, Grandpa's Home Grown Herbs at 2419 North, Elevation 6420 at 423 South. Off the boulevard: 1912 Cannabis Company on East 10th, 4a Farm (Stogies) on Highway 54/70, El Lumbre Farms on Highway 82. One of the 24 records, Effy Exotics on Black Street, is a manufacturer licence, not a shop.

Is the Texas run real?

El Paso is roughly 90 miles south, and a local paper reported a year after legalisation that Texas visitors were driving the Alamogordo market. The purchase is one thing; Texas penalties on the way home are another, set out in our page on Texas law.
