    Up to 12 plants per adult, max 6 mature; max 12 mature plants per household; for personal use only

  • Taxes

    Cannabis excise tax 14% from July 1, 2026 (13% from July 1, 2025), rising 1 point each July to 18% in 2030, plus gross receipts tax; medical patients exempt up to their limit

The addresses match the shops above, but the register does not name them.
