Look up a licenseHow cannabis is sold in Truth Or Consequences
The town voted 1,294 to 295 on 31 March 1950 to drop the name Hot Springs for a radio quiz show, and seven cannabis licences now trade in a place of 6,052 people.
Which of the seven are shops?
Date Street holds four: RMC NM at 280 Date St, Cuchillo Greens1 in Building C of 280 N Date, Hot Springs Cannabis at 412 and Organtica at 1912 N Date. The rest are Ultra Health at 610 N Broadway and MJ Express-o on South Foch Street.
Why does the old name still show?
The Hot Springs in the shop names is the town's name before 1950, according to the standard account of the radio contest. Two of the seven licences carry it. Verdex has licence and address data for all seven but no scores, so nothing here ranks one over another. Sierra County's seat is this town, and Verdex lists no consumption-area licence in it, so plan to use purchases at home. The the visitor rules for the state are on the New Mexico page.
