Cannabis in Lacey

Lacey has five cannabis licences on Martin Way, Sleater-Kinney, Ruddell and Yelm roads. We did not open Lacey's own zoning code, so this page stays short.

What the register shows

420 Carpenter is at 422 Carpenter Road, Suite 105. Green Lady Lacey is at 4820 Yelm Highway SE, and T Brothers Bud Lodge at 5740 Ruddell Road SE. The two Super Chronic Club records carry different LCB licence numbers, so each is its own licence. Directories showing 20 or more Lacey listings appear to include nearby towns and delivery services, which the LCB register does not.

The rules we could not source

Its neighbour Tumwater allows retailers only in four zones, and Olympia in four others, but the pages we opened did not show Lacey's list of allowed zones or any cap. Lacey shops fall under the state buffer of 1,000 feet from schools, parks and other listed places, unless the city has shortened it for some of them. Ask the city planning office before you count on a site.

For Washington's tax and purchase limits, go to the state section.
