The register lists company names. Destination Salem gives Seagrass at 3 Dodge Street, the address held by Ctdw LLC, and Starbird at 2 Bridge Street, held by Witch City Gardens LLC. AMP at 297 Highland Avenue matches Atlantic Medicinal Partners, Inc., and Insa, Inc. is at 462 Highland Avenue. Alternative Therapies Group II, Inc. is at 50 Grove Street.
