What would repeal change for a Brookline shopper?

Adults could still hold up to an ounce without a criminal penalty, and one to two ounces would draw a $100 civil fine, according to CommonWealth Beacon's ballot guide. Home growing would end, and medical marijuana would continue as now, so a patient's access here is unaffected either way.

Which three stores are affected?

NETA is at 160 Washington Street, Comm Ave Canna at 1030 Commonwealth Avenue and Deezle Cannabis at 1351 Beacon Street. Brookline governs itself by representative town meeting and borders six Boston neighbourhoods. We found no town decision from 2025 or 2026 to add. State rules are in the Massachusetts guide.
