Not every Colorado Springs dispensary sells to adults. The city says it can no longer accept new medical marijuana store applications, and an existing medical licensee may add a retail licence at the same address, surrender the medical licence to convert, or stay medical-only. Several shops on this list are still medical-only, including Maggie's Farm on East Fillmore Street and The Epic Remedy North on North Academy Boulevard.
Retail sales began in April 2025, and 62 retail licences had been issued by April 2026, The Gazette reported. Verdex lists 81 stores, nine with profiles. Buyers of retail products must be 21, with photo ID.

The two highest scores are downtown and central: The Chronic Boutique on East Pikes Peak Avenue (9.4) and NuVue Pharma on East Platte Avenue (9.3). Native Roots has an Austin Bluffs Parkway store in the north-east and a Tejon Street shop that combines a gas station with a dispensary; the Native Roots guide covers the chain.
- No delivery or lounges: the city does not permit hospitality, transporter or delivery businesses, so consumption happens at home.
- Medical card: Colorado medical cards are issued only to residents; visitors shop on the retail side.
- Check the licence type: the state and city both show whether a store holds medical, retail or both; see how to check a dispensary.
Denver's list is different because the state's largest city allows lounges, and it is on the Denver page. The Colorado Springs page has more on the city.
