Two of Beaverton's 18 listed stores sit on the same road: Broadway Cannabis Market at 9952 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and Kaleafa at 10920. Cannabis Nation Beaverton is on NW Schendel Ave, and there are three LA Mota licences at three separate addresses (SW Elliott Pl, SW 109th Ave and SW Shaw St). Adults 21 and over with a valid ID can buy from any store licensed by the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission. All 18 records match the OLCC register, but none has a Verdex score yet, so this page is a directory, not a ranking.

Same brand, different licence: reading a suburban list

The LA Mota trio is the practical trap here. Each address holds its own OLCC licence, so hours, menus and prices can differ even though the name is identical. Check the street before you drive, and when in doubt compare the licence number printed in the store's window with the register, as our licence-check guide explains.

  • Per day: 2 oz of flower, 10 g of concentrate, 16 oz of solid edibles and 72 fl oz of liquids, per the OLCC.
  • Local line: Oregon adds 17% state tax at the register and has no sales tax. Beaverton's municipal code carries a marijuana tax chapter (7.03), and The Lund Report said the city planned to put a 3% tax to voters in 2016, so look for a local line on your receipt.
  • Where they are: the centre of our list is Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and Walker Road, with Schendel Ave and SW Shaw St pulling the rest towards the city's edges.

Portland's stores are a short drive east and carry Verdex scores; see the Portland list if you want a ranked view. The state-line and price rules are in our Oregon guide.

Questions about this list

Do Beaverton dispensaries charge a city tax?

Oregon lets cities add up to 3% on top of the 17% state tax, but only with voter approval. Beaverton's code has a marijuana tax chapter, so check your receipt or ask the counter which local rate applies.

Is it legal to smoke cannabis in a Beaverton park?

No. The OLCC says cannabis cannot be used in public places, and adults may carry at most 2 ounces of flower outside the home. Consumption is for a private residence.
