West Genesee Street has Dune Lilly at 1011 and Green on Top at 1744. Salina Street has Create Kindness at 911 N Salina, Wolf Street has Equity Max Property Management at 814, and Inside the Park Dispo is on Marshall Street, the University Hill strip beside Syracuse University.

• Company names: Equity Max Property Management and Create Kindness are register names. Match the sign to the licence.
• Spacing: state law requires 500 feet from a school and 200 feet from a house of worship on the same street, and law-firm summaries of the 2026 amendment say licences issued before February 11, 2026 keep their location.
• Retail tax: 13% (9% state plus 4% local).
