Everett's licensed stores follow two roads: Highway 99, where Budhut is at 11603, Kush21 at 11311 and Kushmart South at 13220, and Evergreen Way, where Kushman is at 8911. Verdex lists 13, including Floyds on Rucker Ave, Buds Garage on Hewitt Ave and Hashtag Cannabis by Everett Mall. Adults 21 and over with photo ID can buy up to 1 ounce of flower, 7 grams of concentrate or 16 ounces of solid edibles. None of the 13 has a Verdex score yet, so the list follows the state licence register, and shops on the same road can differ a lot in hours and range.

Rebrands, duplicates and a neighbour that only just opened

Three of our records use variants of the same brand: Kush 21 (517 128th St SW), Kush21 Everett (11311 Highway 99) and Kushmart South Everett (13220 Hwy 99 S). Stores here have changed names, and a Yelp listing shows Zips Cannabis at 11311 Hwy 99, so confirm the current name and licence before driving.

  • Neighbour effect: Lynnwood, just south, lifted a ten-year ban on retail cannabis in September 2025, and its first store opened in April 2026, so shoppers in that area had no in-city store until then.
  • At the register: 37% state excise at the register, plus sales tax, per the Liquor and Cannabis Board.
  • Where to use it: only on private property with the owner's permission; public use is a civil infraction.

Compare by lab results and by whether the store carries a medical endorsement; the licence-check guide shows how to verify the record, and the Lynnwood page covers the new neighbour.
