Spokane Green Leaf on N Country Homes Blvd says it has been open since July 8, 2014, the first day of legal sales in Washington. Spokane Green Leaf and Cinder, with three stores from North Division to Spokane Valley, share top score 9.3 among the 20 shops Verdex lists, and Cannabis & Glass is next at 9.2. Adults 21 and over with photo ID may buy up to 1 ounce of flower, or 7 grams of concentrate. Others on the list, such as Greenhand and Frosted Sprague, do not yet have scores.

- Idaho customers: Seattle Red reported that Cannabis & Glass in Liberty Lake, a few miles from the Idaho line, ranked second statewide in 2025 at $10.2 million, with border stores in Newport and Clarkston also above $5 million. Buying is legal here; taking it into Idaho is not, and NORML says Idaho possession of three ounces or less carries a $300 minimum fine.

Yes, with valid photo ID and at least 21 years old. They cannot legally take it back into Idaho, where NORML says possession of three ounces or less is a misdemeanour with a $300 minimum fine.
