Look up a licenseHow cannabis is sold in Mt Holly
Mount Holly is the Burlington County seat, and the trap when choosing a shop here is the address, not the brand.
- Mill Street has two, thirteen numbers apart. Mass Grown is at 34 Mill Street and Voltaire NJ at 47.
- High Street has two at opposite ends. Phula is at 60-62 High Street and Zen Leaf Mount Holly at 600, far apart in the numbering.
- The fifth is on Washington Street. Fire and Oak is at 5 Washington Street.
- Read the code. The township regulates cannabis in Chapter 89A of its code, and the Inquirer listed Mount Holly among the South Jersey towns that had opted in by October 2021.
Sales began later
Municipal permission came before the shops. New Jersey's first adult-use sales were on 21 April 2022. Everything not local is on the New Jersey page.
The Inquirer counted 40 South Jersey towns allowing cannabis businesses in October 2021, and Mount Holly was one of them; its five shops now make a small cluster at the county seat.
Two spellings
The register spells the place "Mt Holly" and the township's code says "Mount Holly", so search both when checking a licence. The town is about 20 miles east of Philadelphia.
