Why does the map stop at the city line?

Ohio lets a local government prohibit or limit adult-use operators, so each neighbour chose separately. Inside Dayton the register lists Columbia Care and Guaranteed Dispensary on Wayne Avenue, Off The Charts at 3145 Salem Ave and Green Releaf at 3620 Germantown St. Certified Dispensary is at 951 Patterson Rd, and FRX Elyria Craft Cannabis sits at 1401 N. Keowee St. The Ohio guide covers limits and taxes.

Cannabis in Dayton: questions

Can I buy recreational cannabis in Kettering?

No. Kettering's council prohibited commercial adult-use cultivation, processing and dispensing after first passing a nine-month moratorium.

Do Dayton shops sell to medical patients too?

Ohio's dual-use certificates let a dispensary serve both groups, but Verdex has not checked each Dayton shop's certificate, so ask the store.
