What must a Cold Lake store look like?
The land use bylaw requires a permanent, free-standing building, with no drive-through and no shared entrance. A cannabis retailer cannot sell from the same premises as alcohol, tobacco, medicinal cannabis or pharmaceuticals, and it needs its own receiving and storage room. Mobile vendors are excluded. None of this is visible from the street, but it explains why the listings are stand-alone units and not counters inside other shops.
Where are the five?
Two are Canna Cabana: 5308 50 Avenue and 5-1020 8 Avenue. The others are Spiritleaf at 4002 50 Street, Canna Cold Lake at 1004-5101 46 Avenue and Fire & Flower at 6503 51 Street. The air show's own FAQ says cannabis is not permitted at the event. For province-wide rules see Alberta.

The city bylaw restricts vehicles along with public places, leaving private property as the only lawful setting.
