Which listing is in which Delta?
Imagine Cannabis Co at 5150 Ladner Trunk Road is Ladner, and Queens Cannabis Co. on 56th Street is Tsawwassen. Queensborough Cannabis Co. sounds like New Westminster's Queensborough, but 7225-7227 120th Street is a North Delta address. The Delta Optimist put the ninth approval in the 7300 block of River Road, where 420 Cannabis is listed at 7389. Seven listed against nine applications in that report leaves at least two approvals without a matching register entry. They may be closed, unopened or filed under another name, so treat the count as a floor. Provincial rules: B.C..
Cannabis in Delta: questions
Can I buy cannabis in Richmond, next to Delta?
Not in a shop. The Delta Optimist reports Richmond continues to ban retail cannabis, so a buyer from Richmond has to cross into Delta, Surrey or another neighbour.
Is Delta accepting new cannabis store applications?
Council paused them in late 2022, per the Delta Optimist. Check the city's current page, since that was a moratorium and not a permanent cap.
