What “hybrid” does and doesn’t tell you
Decades of cross-breeding mean that most strains on the market are hybrids of indica and sativa lineages. Menus often add “indica-leaning”, “sativa-leaning” or “balanced” to hint at what the breeder or seller expects the strain to feel like.
Those hints are useful but loose: two hybrids with the same label can have very different terpene profiles and potency. Compare the dominant terpenes, the THC range and the effects people report on each profile before you choose.
