Between September 6 and September 19, 2026, Prince George RCMP say one group robbed four vape and cannabis stores, using bear spray or a knife on staff, and arrested a youth on September 22. The releases did not name the stores; our news report has the timeline. Verdex lists 15 stores licensed by the B.C. Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch (LCRB).

The minimum age is 19 and a purchase is limited to 30 grams. Entries are register records without ratings yet. Downtown addresses include Epik Products on George Street and a Canna Cabana on Victoria Street, with others on Strathcona Avenue, Massey Drive, Vance Road and the highway approaches.

How Prince George licenses its stores

The LCRB asks local government for a recommendation on each cannabis store application, and in Prince George that goes to council under the city's Liquor and Cannabis Licensing Policy. Council agendas carry files such as Cannabis Licence Application CN000022, and the Prince George Citizen has reported council supporting several applications at once. Because each licence goes through that review separately, a chain's other store does not vouch for the one you visit.
