How it works

How cannabis is sold in Freystadt

A patient with a German prescription and a car can collect medical flower in Freystadt, a small town in the Neumarkt district of the Upper Palatinate, without ordering from a pharmacy hundreds of kilometres away. The Stadt Apotheke at Berchinger Straße 38 sells cannabis under the brand Goldene Blüte.

Get the prescription first
Nothing is sold without one. Doctor route and telemedicine route are compared in the online prescription guide.
Pick pickup or post
The pharmacy's own site offers both: order online for delivery or collect at Freystadt. It ships nationwide.
Compare its other branches
The Goldene Blüte site carries separate pages for Neumarkt, Hilpoltstein and Fürth, so a nearer pickup point may exist.
Read the reviews with the count in mind
Verdex lists Goldene Blüte with a Trustpilot score of 3.3 from 201 reviews and no Verdex score yet.

What Freystadt does not offer

No recreational counter exists anywhere in Germany, and Verdex knows of no club in Freystadt. Bavaria had approved only 11 of 47 club applications by 3 August 2026, according to Hanfjournal. Statewide rules are in the Bavaria overview.

The pharmacy says its flowers and extracts come only from certified producers and are tested by independent laboratories; ask for the batch documents when you collect.
