Cannabis in Augsburg
Augsburg's one listed seller is a shipping pharmacy, so a pending federal mail-order ban matters more here than any club rule.

How cannabis is sold in Augsburg
The bill that would reshape Augsburg's only listed cannabis seller is still waiting in Berlin. On 8 October 2025 the federal cabinet adopted an amendment to the Medical Cannabis Act (MedCanG) that would end mail-order of flower and require an in-person doctor contact every fourth quarter, according to the Federal Health Ministry's release of that day.

What a shipping ban would do to a Maximilianstraße pharmacy
Verdex lists one seller with an Augsburg address: Cannabisapo24, run by the Stern-Apotheke, which ships prescriptions across Germany. Shipping is its whole model, so the amendment bites here harder than any club rule. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 132 reviews. If the text passes as the cabinet wrote it, patients would collect in person, while a pharmacy's own delivery service stays outside the ban.
Clubs are a Munich decision
Bavarian club applications go to the Landesamt für Gesundheit und Lebensmittelsicherheit, not to the city. How joining works is in our club guide; Bavaria-wide rules are in the state overview.
Cannabis in Augsburg: questions
Can I still get flower shipped to Augsburg today?
Yes, while the amendment is only a cabinet draft. Cannabisapo24 ships prescriptions nationwide, and a valid prescription is still required.
Is there a cannabis club in Augsburg?
Verdex knows of no permitted club there. The three April 2025 Bavarian permits went elsewhere, and the state had approved 11 applications by 3 August 2026.
