How cannabis is sold in Ganderkesee

First in the state, maybe first in Germany
The Chamber of Agriculture's department head, Birgit Blum, said that to her knowledge it was even the first permit nationwide. That is her statement, not an official ranking. The club gave its first harvest to members in early November 2024.
Who licenses it
In Lower Saxony the Chamber of Agriculture, not a ministry office, grants and supervises club permits. Rules and choices are in our club walkthrough.
Ganderkesee is a municipality in the Oldenburg district, southwest of Bremen. Permission is not the end of oversight: the Chamber monitors approved associations, and Verdex marks this club as verified.
That timetable is a useful yardstick: Bavaria's first permits only came on 24 April 2025, nine months after applications opened.
