What only Frankfurt lists
Bloomwell began in June 2020 as Algea Health and now runs online consultations, e-prescriptions and pharmacy delivery. The Cannabis Apotheke Frankfurt ships nationally from Leipziger Straße; Trustpilot shows 3.7 from 687 reviews. The city's drug office also publishes a map of consumption-free zones, and the Bahnhofsviertel is one area where few restrictions apply, according to a t-online review. Use the zone guide before lighting up.
Hesse's list counted 23 approvals from 36 applications on 29 September 2026, so Frankfurt holds more than a fifth. On 27 March 2026 the same office had listed 17, which means six were added in half a year and Frankfurt gained two of them.
Frankfurt's two register entries are both digital or shipping, which fits a city where clubs exist but no shopfront does.
Cannabis in Frankfurt am Main: questions
Are Frankfurt's clubs open to anyone?
They are members-only and limited to 500 people each; the March 2026 list names three, and the state page later counted five.
Is cannabis allowed in the Bahnhofsviertel?
Federal zone rules still apply near schools and playgrounds, but a t-online review found few local red zones in that district.
