The licence and the limits
Schleswig-Holstein hands club approvals to the Landeslabor in Neumünster, not to a ministry. Cannabis Social Club Nahe says members aged 18 to 21 may take up to 30 grams a month and those 21 and over up to 50, with 25 grams a day for everyone. Its fee, listed at 35 euros a month, dates from the club's site and should be checked. A club directory counts 12 registered clubs in the state, seven open to new members.
