A student city with a shrinking list

The municipality commissioned Breuer Intraval to say how many coffeeshops the city needs and where. The bureau's answer was at least seven and at most fourteen, and the council later said it would look for new operators for up to ten, per OOG Radio en Televisie. Two closures in one day put the count at the bottom of that range.

De Vliegende Hollander stocks only experiment growers' cannabis. Its address is Gedempte Zuiderdiep 63, and the register records daily opening from 10:00 to 00:00. For how Dutch cities compare on entry rules, use the residency guide. Provincial context: Groningen province.
