Possession & use
Illegal; use is punished by 2 months to 1 year in prison and/or a fine under the 1974 dahir on drug addiction.
Trafficking
Illegal import, production, transport, export or holding: 5–10 years' prison and fines of 5,000–500,000 dirhams (1974 dahir, art. 2).
Cultivation
Only licensed cooperative members in Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen and Taounate; unauthorized cultivation 3 months–2 years plus fines (Law 13-21).
Sales
Only ANRAC-authorized products through authorized points of sale; no recreational sales.
Medical
Legal under Law 13-21 and the pharmacy code (Law 17-04); registered medicines not yet in pharmacies as of July 2026.
CBD
Authorized supplements, cosmetics and foods are legal; supplements and foods capped at 0.3% THC.

Why does CannaFlex stand out?

CannaFlex is one of only two outlets that ANRAC lists as a dedicated point of sale rather than a pharmacy, parapharmacy or wholesaler. It sells CBD oils, capsules, infusions and cosmetics, and offers delivery inside Morocco. ANRAC does not publish producer licences, so its upstream authorizations could not be checked.
