What does growing here change for a shopper?
Licensed growing is limited to the provinces of Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen and Taounate, and only adult Moroccan residents in cooperatives with a licence may grow. That does not put flower on a shelf. Pharmacie Central Rif is entry 152 and sells authorized supplements, cosmetics or foods, not the crop. The list confirms the outlet, not the range. Nine entries for a province where cannabis is grown legally, against 109 in Casablanca, shows that cultivation and retail sit in different places.
