How cannabis is sold in Agadir
Agadir has 42 outlets on the ANRAC list of authorized points of sale, and not one of them may legally sell hashish.
- Look up the entry. Grande Pharmacie d'Agadir, at 23 Avenue du Prince Moulay Abdallah, is entry 97 on the regulator's list, which filters by region, city and type.
- Expect supplements, cosmetics and foods. ANRAC counted 161 authorized products by mid-July 2026: 71 supplements, 73 cosmetics and 17 foods.
- Do not ask for flower. Kif, hashish and flower are not sold legally anywhere in Morocco.
- Check the THC cap. Supplements and foods are limited to 0.3 percent THC, according to Le Cannabiste's report of ANRAC's July 2026 figures.
- Ask about medicines. Cannabis medicines were registered but not on pharmacy shelves in July 2026.
Why does the list matter in a resort city?
Agadir is Morocco's fifth city on the list, behind Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Fès. Tourists are the ones most likely to be offered something "legal" on a beach or in a market, and a listed pharmacy is the only route that ANRAC vouches for. The listing confirms the outlet, not its shelves.
